DESCRIPTION

L-Cysteine hydrochloride is a colorless to white crystalline or crystalline powder with a slight special sour smell, at a melting point of 175℃ (decomposition). Dissolved in water, the aqueous solution is acidic, It is reducing, having antioxidant effect and preventing non-enzymatic browning.
