DESCRIPTION
L-Cysteine hydrochloride is a colorless to white crystalline or crystalline powder with a slight special sour smell, at a melting point of 175℃ (decomposition). Dissolved in water, the aqueous solution is acidic, It is reducing, having antioxidant effect and preventing non-enzymatic browning.

APPLICATION
L-Cysteine hydrochloride anhydrous is widely used as additive in food production. It is used as an antioxidant to promote fermentation and keep the flavor. Especially used in bread to promote gluten formation and fermentation, mould, etc.It is also used in cosmetics and animal feed.
