                            DESCRIPTION
Fungus alpha-amylase is a kind of food-grade amylase preparation which is refined by submerged microbial fermentation with selected strains of Aspergillus, ceramic membrane filtration, ultrafiltration concentration, scientific preparation such series advanced technology. It hydrolyzes the alpha-1,4 glycoside bonds of amylose and amylopectin to produce dextrin, maltose, some oligosaccharides and a small amount of glucose. It is widely used in starch syrup, alcohol industry, baked food, flour products processing and so on.

APPLICATION
The optimum usage should be determined by customers according to their own process.
Using 20,000 U/g fungal alpha-amylase as a measure, recommended usage of 2-10g/ton flour (2-10ppm), the optimal dosage needs to be determined by experiments. It can be added directly or mixed with other ingredients and then added to the flour when used.
For example, in the process of making fermented food such as bread and steamed bread, the enzyme can provide fermentable sugar for yeast, and make the flour products have uniform structure, larger volume and stronger gas holding capacity.
PACKING AND STORAGE
Packing:
Paper barrel for outer packing and high density polyethylene bag for inner packing. The specifications are 25Kg/barrel. It can also be packed according to customer's specifications.
Storage:
1. Store in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight and humid environment. The shelf life of this product is 12 months, under dry, ventilated, dark environment with temperature below 25°C.
2. Please use it up in time after opening. If you can't use it all at once, please seal it in time.
3. Avoid contact with skin or mucosa as far as possible during operation. If contact occurs, rinse with clean water in time.
