DESCRIPTION

Hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten comes from wheat and has a complete nutrition profile.

 

1. Glutamine content is about 30%, which can promote the growth of intestinal villi and protect gastrointestinal mucosa.

2. The flavor is mild and contains no off flavor.

3. high peptide content (the content of peptide is > 60%, and the content of small peptide is >25%), easy digestion and absorption, and improving human immunity.

4. Soluble in water with good stability, not easy to sediment.

5. There is no bitter peptide taste which normally produced by hydrolyzed proteins, and the flavor is stable under processing conditions .

6. Major technical parameters: protein ≥ 80%, moisture ≤ 8.0%, ash < 1.2%, and gray white color
